The authors of this classic work have declared several purposes but the main and major was to provide all interested readers, and particularly students/teachers with enough comprehensive and practically useful compilation of different progressive problems which commonly embody the fundamental principles and also the real examples directly related to the practical mechanical drawing.

The present official Manual has been released in full accordance with the decisions of the 8th World Meteorological Congress.
