This Almanac is dedicated to the people of all of the nations armed services. The volume starts with the message from the National President of the Navy League. One of the missions of the present entity is to advocate for the different sea services.
This is commonly done is various ways. Looking at the broad range of the existing military systems that are available to the sea services that have been detailed in the Almanac, the readers are expected to factor the applicable requirements of the Combatant Commanders and also make sure that the resources are readily available to meet the above mentioned requirements. The first chapters of the volume are covering the corporate members, business associate members, and non-profit and government agency members of the organization, followed by a directory of the sea services.
The main part of the document is arranged in several major chapters covering the American Navy, including cruisers, aircraft carriers, surface crafts and submarines, command ships, destroyers and other types of vessels, navy fleet weapons and aircraft, command and control systems, various systems installed on board of the navy vessels, communication, automation, etc. USCG and Maritime Administration have been dealt with in the separate chapters and same approach was applied to the Flag Officers...
