We introduce the series of official training videos on maritime English developed and released by TUMSAT, i.e. Tokyo University of Marine Science & Technology. The videos in this set cover such important marine topics as anchoring, deck equipments, departure, diesel plant, engine room equipment, pilotage, and the steam turbine plant.
This particular video addresses anchoring. These video films complement a main part of this English training seminar intended to be used for teachers. However, note that the content of these files will be equally useful even to the people studying maritime English on their own.
Just watch all videos included in the series and you will see how drastically your maritime English will improve. The other films of the series are devoted to the engine room equipment, steam turbine plant, departure-anchoring, pilotage, deck equipment, and diesel plant.
